路面工程施工监理控制要点一、路面的结构组成路面一般由路面底基层、基层和路面面层组合而成。1、底基层。在沥青路面基层下，用质量较次材料铺筑的次要承重层或在水泥混凝土路面基层下，用质量较次材料铺筑的辅助层称底基层。底基层可以是一层或两层以上，可以是一种或两种材料。2、基层。直接位于沥青面层下，用高质量材料铺筑的主要承重层或直接位于水泥混凝土面板下，用高质量材料铺筑的一层称做基层。基层可以是一层或两层，可以是一种或两种材料。3、面层。面层又分为水泥混凝土路面面层和沥青混凝土路面面层两种。①水泥混凝土路面，是指以水泥混凝土为主要材料做面层的路面。②沥青混凝土路面，是指用沥青混凝土做面层的路面。二、路面底基层、基层施工监理要点1、严把材料质量关。现用于底基层、基层施工的原材料主要是卵石轧制的碎石和石灰岩轧制的碎石。1)用卵石轧制碎石时主要控制。a卵石的粒径必须大于6cm。（在河滩上筛除6cm以下的卵石）b卵石必须冲洗干净（减少含泥量）。2)用石灰岩轧制碎石时主要控制a盖山必须清理干净，泥块和树根等杂物不得混入石灰岩片石中运至碎石加工场。62 b安装除尘设备以保护环境，降低粉尘含量。不符合要求的材料不允许进入拌和场内。1)粗集料的压碎值不得大于30%。2)粗集料的针片状颗粒含量不大于20%。3)卵石具有破碎面颗粒的含量，一个破碎面不小于90%，两个或两个以上破碎面不小于80%。4)细集料有机质含量不宜超过1%，水洗0.075通过率不得大于15%。7）水泥：可采用普通硅酸盐水泥，矿渣硅酸盐水泥，火山灰质硅酸盐水泥，宜采用缓凝型终凝时间宜大于6小时，初凝时间大于4小时。散装水泥进场后存放时间应不小于1天且当罐车水泥经安定性检验合格方可使用。2、审批配合比各种原材料检验合格后，施工单位应进行底基层、基层配合比设计并经监理中心试验室验证满足规范和设计要求才能允许实施。监理工程师审批配合比时，应重点审核水泥用量，混合料级配（应含有3~4个粒级）及最佳含水量。底基层、基层混合料中集料的级配范围通过下列方孔筛（mm）的质量百分率（%）液限（%）塑性指数结构类型31.5199.54.752.360.60.075基层、底基层10068-8638-5829-3917-288-150-3〈28〈9底基层水泥用量不得超过4%，不得低于2.5%；强度控制在2.0～3.562 MPa之间。基层水泥用量不得大于4.5%，不得低于3%。强度控制在3.0～4.5MPa之间。1、施工过程中的质量控制1)检查各种集料的放料比例是否和配合比设计时的比例一致。2)检查水泥剂量是否和配合比设计用量相一致。（滴定试验）3)检查含水量。含水量应根据天气变化进行增减，天气高时含水量应略大于最佳含水量（0.5%）。气温低时应按最佳含水量进行混合料拌制。4)检查混合料筛分结果。若级配曲线超出设计包络线则应根据筛分数据对配合比略作调整。（未经监理工程师允许施工单位不得擅自调整配合比）。5)底基层施工前应对路床进行检测（弯沉、高程、压实度、平整度、横坡等），不合格的路床不得进行底基层施工；基层施工前同样应对底基层进行检测。若底基层某个单项指标不满足规范和设计要求，应处理合格后才能进行基层施工。6)检查施工放样数据。（挂线高程、施工放样宽度等）。7)混合料运输时必须覆盖篷布以防水分散失。（监理工程师应随时监督检查）8)运输车辆在装料是应按前、后、中的顺序挪动车位进行装料，以减小混合料的离析。9)混合料摊铺时，两台摊铺机应错开10-15m联合摊铺，运输车辆在摊铺机前30cm除停车摊铺机推动前进，严禁运输车辆撞击摊铺机。10)检查已摊铺好的混合料是否存在离析现象，若有则用人工进行处理。11)62 混合料摊铺到一定距离后（一般20m左右）开始用双钢轮压路机稳压一遍，然后再用重型压路机振动碾压3-4遍，碾压至要求的压实度，最后用轮胎压路机收压一遍。1)二次摊铺一次成型时，施工距离应控制在80-100m，确保在初凝时间前完成摊铺碾压，气温较高时应缩短摊铺距离，在下层表面水份未散失之前将其覆盖并完成碾压。2)接缝应采用垂直接缝，严禁采用斜接缝。3)碾压完成后及时用复合养生膜进行覆盖养生。4)养生期间应加强交通管制，禁止车辆通行。一、乳化沥青透层施工监理要点1、乳化沥青各项指标必须满足规范和设计要求。2、沥青与水的比例宜为35:65。3、采用高渗透性的乳化沥青宜渗入基层的深度不小于5mm。4、采用智能洒布车洒布乳化沥青，洒布量一般为0.35-0.75Kg/m2。5、气温低于10℃时不得洒布乳化沥青。6、有大风时不得洒布乳化沥青。7、基层潮湿时不得洒布透层乳化沥青。二、粘层乳化沥青施工监理要点1、乳化沥青的各项指标必须满足规范和设计要求。2、为加强层间的粘结，各沥青面层施工前必须洒布粘层沥青。3、采用智能洒布粘层乳化沥青，洒布量一般为0.15-0.30Kg/m2。(以沥青质量计)。不得过量洒布，也不得漏洒。4、气温低于10℃时不得喷洒粘层油。62 1、路面潮湿时不得喷洒粘层油。2、喷洒粘层油后严禁运料车以外的车辆通行，确保粘层不受污染。透层沥青及粘层沥青技术指标试验项目透层沥青粘层沥青离子电荷-+沥青标准粘度计C25.3（s）8-20思格拉粘度E251-6筛上残留物1.18mm筛不大于（%）0.1蒸发残留物残留物含量不小于3550针入度（25℃100g5s）(0.1mm)60-100延度（15℃）不小于（%）40溶解度（三氯乙烯）不小于（%）97.5常温储存稳定度1d不大于（%）15d不大于（%）5与矿料的粘附性，裹复面积不小于2/3　沥青的思格拉粘度是试样在规定的温度下，由思格拉粘度计测定通过规定的尺寸的孔径，流出50mL试样所需时间(s)与流出相同体积的水所需时间(s)的比值，用思格拉度(Ev)表示。   思格拉(Angler)粘度计是国际上通用液体沥青及乳化沥青材料粘度测定方法的一种。通常用于测定乳化沥青或煤沥青，并用思格拉度作为划分标号的依据。在我国，随着乳化沥青研究与应用的深入，为了与国外标准一致，在其技术要求中将思格拉度与道路沥青标淮粘度并列作为划分乳化沥青标号的标准。二、稀浆封层施工监理要点稀浆封层是用0-2.36mm、2.36-4.75mm乳化沥青及水混合拌制的混合料。稀浆封层主要是起防水和保护基层的作用。62 1、稀浆封层的配合比必须满足规范和设计要求。2、稀浆封层必须使用专用的摊铺机进行摊铺。3、施工前清除原路面的泥土、杂物。4、温度低于10℃时不得进行稀浆封层施工。5、两天严禁施工稀浆封层，摊铺后还未成型的混合料遇雨时应予以铲除。6、稀浆封层两幅纵缝的搭接宽度不超过8cm，横向接缝做成对接缝。7、稀浆封层铺筑后表面不得有超粒径料拖拉的严重划痕，横向接缝和纵向接缝处不得出现余料堆积或缺料现象。8、稀浆封层破乳成型后在行车作用下不区散而且全密水。稀浆封层矿料级配及控制界限控制要求通过下列方孔筛（mm）的质量百分率（%）油石比（%）9.54.752.361.180.60.30.150.075级配范围10095-10065-9045-7030-5018-3010-215-155.5-9.5控制界限（%）±5±5±5±5±4±3±20.2--0.3二、沥青路面施工监理要点沥青面层应具有平整、密实、抗滑、耐久的品质，并具有高温抗车辙，低温抗开裂，以及良好的防水损害能力。一、施工准备期监理工作要点1、沥青面层施工，必须在承包人对下承包层整修好，并且已做好精确放样而全部工作都已得到监理工程师检查和批准的下承层上施工。2、沥青面层使用的材料应符合设计62 的规定。监理工程师试验室应对进场的沥青材料进行抽样试验。不合格的材料，不能用于工程上。3、承包人在开工前至少28天，将推荐的混合料配合比设计和在拌合厂（场）所生产的混合料试样及其组成材料等的详细说明提交给监理工程师，以便监理工程师做对比试验及审批。监理工程师批准配合比或提出修改参考意见，交由承包人进行试验路施工。4、根据设计和图纸的规定、有关技术规范审核施工单位的开工报告、施工方案、质量控制标准。5、检查施工机械的数量规格、品种、功能、试运转情况是否能确保施工的正常运行。6、检查面层的施工条件，安全措施是否已全部具备和落实。承包人应做好试验路。试验路段铺筑，取得松铺系数、摊铺机行走速度、碾压遍数等控制指标，检验人、机、料的配合是否合理，为正式施工提供依据。承包人推荐的配合比，经监理工程师批准用于试验路成功，则将此配合比做为施工混合料比的依据，施工中任何有关配合比的变动，必须得到监理工程师的同意。该试验路也应做为工程的一部分验收，如有任何一部分不合格，应总结经验改进。已铺筑的试验路由承包人自费修整到合格或返工。二、沥青面层质量施工监理控制1、沥青面层铺筑前，应将下承层清扫干净，正确放样安装好路缘石、浇洒透层油。若洒布透层油后由于行车需要洒布的石屑或砂等物质，均需在铺筑沥青面层前将松散颗粒清扫干净，以免造成松散夹层。2、沥青混合料施工时，监理工程师应做到三个及时，二个坚持，一个保证。三个及时：每天拌合机拌制3—62 5车混合料后，试验室应及时取样，及时试验，及时反馈（将油石比、级配情况及时通知承包人拌合机技术人则人或工程技术主管）；二个坚持：坚持开盘证制度（每天由技术主管开出开盘通知单）和坚持每天上下班个抽测一次油石比及级配的制度。一个保证：保证好施工各环节沥青混合料温度。温度的保证体系是：沥青及集料的加热温度——沥青混合料温度——沥青混合料出厂温度——沥青混合料到达现场温度——沥青混合料开始碾压温度——沥青混合料复压温度——沥青混合料终压温度。监理要检查运至现场的沥青砼的温度、外观质量是否符合要求，不符合要求不准卸料。3、监理检查摊铺、碾压等各道工序的施工工艺流程。4、控制碾压温度、碾压速度、碾压遍数、碾压密实度（观察碾压后的轮）及外观质量，做好规范规定的各项试验，及时评价施工质量并严格控制。5、沥青混合料宜选用能在全幅宽度上一次完成的摊铺机械。若机械性能决定在横向宽度上只能半幅施工时宜采用两台摊铺机前后间隔较短距离参差循序铺筑。6、沥青混合料的碾压：（1）压路机应自路边向中心碾压，三轮压路机每次重叠后轮宽1/2，双轮压路机每次重叠宜30cm。（2）压路机不得在新铺筑的沥青混合料上面转向调头，左右移动位置或忽然刹车和从刚压完毕的路段上进出。碾压压实度由检测来决定，或可参考试验路的经验碾压。62 （3）沥青混合料压实在摊铺后紧接进行，不得等混合料冷却后碾压。（4）改性沥青混合料必须采用钢轮压中路机碾压，不容许用轮胎压路机碾压。（5）沥青混合料不能过分碾压，过度碾压会出现弹簧现象，混合料无法稳定，因此压实度的控制只能靠碾压遍数来获得。（6）改性沥青混合料必须在高温的情况下进行碾压。（7）改性沥青混合料的碾压速度应适宜。（8）改性沥青混合料在超高的路段施工时，应先从低的一边开始碾压，逐步向高的一边碾压。（9）改性沥青混合料路面由于在碾压过程中操作不当而造成损坏或达不到要求，应予铲除，并分析原因，采取措施纠正。7、沥青混凝土面层的施工缝：一般为纵向缝采用热接缝碾压温度不低于70。C，或按施工规范接缝处理。横缝施工一般在接缝处设档板（档板和压实面层等厚），使端部整齐。路面沥青层上下层接缝宜错开20~30cm以上。雨水井进水口和各检查口，压路面压不到的边缘，应用人工补充充实烫平。8、沥青混合料施工气候控制（1）气温在10℃-15℃之间或冬季气温虽在10℃以上，但有大风时，应符合下列条件规定方能施工。①、运输车辆有覆盖，到工地石油沥青混合料的温度不低于140℃。②、摊铺机的刮平板及其它接触热沥青混合料的部位要经常加热。③、摊铺时间宜在上午9时至下午4时进行，且应做到快卸料、快摊铺、快碾压。62 ④、在接缝处摊铺沥青混合料前对已被压实的沥青砼面层进行预热，沥青混合料摊铺后，在接缝处用热夯、热烙铁烫平并使压路机沿缝加强碾压。（2）雨季施工时，应符合下列条件规定：①、注意天气预报，尽量缩短施工路段长度，工序要紧密衔接。②、运输汽车要求防雨设备。③、基层和路肩做好排水措施。④、被雨淋湿或潮湿和有水迹未干的底基层上不能摊铺沥青混合料。⑤、未经碾压即遭雨淋的沥青混合料，要全部清除，更换新料。9、沥表路面施工质量监理主要抽检内容：（1）沥表质量的抽检。（2）沥青混合料质量的抽检。主要检查拌和温度、矿料级配、沥青用量（油石比）、抽样进行马歇尔试验。（3）施工现场检查内容包括压实度、厚度、平整度、宽度、面层构造深度和摩擦系数等。62 三、沥青砼路面工程质量问题与通病原因分析及防治措施序号现象原因分析防治措施1面层离析1）混合料集料公称最大粒径与铺面厚度之间比例不匹配。2）沥青混合料级配不佳。3）混合料拌和不均匀，运输中发生离析。4）摊铺机工作状况不佳，未采用二台摊铺机。1）适当选择小一级集料公称最大粒径的沥青混合料，与铺面厚度相适应。2）适当调整生产配合比矿料级配，使稍粗集料接近级配范围上限，较细集料接近级配范围下限。3）运料装料时应分至少三次装料，避免形成一个锥体使粗集料滚落锥底。4）摊铺机调整到最佳状态，慰平板前料门开度应与集料最大粒径相适应，螺旋布料器上混合料的高度应基本一致，料面应高出螺旋布料器2/3以上。2压实度不均匀1）装卸、摊铺过程中所导致的沥青混合料离析，局部混合料温度过低。2）碾压混乱，压路机台套不够，导致局部漏压。3）碾压温度不均匀。1）装料过程料车应前后移动，运料车应覆盖保温。2）调整好摊铺机送料器的高度，使布料器内混合料饱满齐平。3）合理组织压路机，确保压轮的重叠和压实遍数。3枯料1）砂及矿粉含水量过高，致使细料烘干时，粗料温度过高。2）集料孔隙较多。1）细集料以及矿粉的存放应有覆盖，确保细集料烘干前含水量小于7%。2）混合料出厂温度超过规定时，应废弃。3）对孔隙率较大的粗集料，应适当延长加热时间，使孔隙中的水分蒸发，但应控制加热温度。4空隙率不合格1）马歇尔试验隙率偏大或偏小。2）压实度未控制在规定的范围内。3）混合料中细集料含量偏低。4）油石比控制较差。1）在沥青拌和站的热料仓口取集料筛分，以确保沥青混合料矿料级配符合规定。2）确保生产油石比在规定的误差范围内。3）控制碾压温度在规定范围。4）选用规定要求的压路机，控制碾压遍数。5）严格控制压实度。51）实际配合比与生产配合比偏差过大。2）混合料中细集料含量偏高。1）保证石料的质量和均匀性。2）对拌和楼沥青称量计进行检查标定，并取得计量认证。3）62 沥青混合料油石比不合格1）拌和楼沥青称量计误差过大。2）承包商设定拌和楼油石比时采用生产配比误差下限值。3）油石比试验误差过大。调整生产配合比确保油石比在规定的范围内。1）按试验规程认真进行油石比试验。2）保证吸尘装置工作正常和矿料沥青用量的准确。3）将每日沥青用量和集料矿料用理进行计算，验证油石比是否满足要求。6沥青面层施工中集料被压碎1）石灰岩集料压碎值偏大。2）粗集料针片状颗粒较多。3）石料中软石含量或方解石含量偏高。4）碾压程序不合理。1）选择压碎值较小的粗集料。2）选用针片状颗粒含量小的粗集料。3）控制碾压遍数，以达到规定压实度为限，不要超压。4）应按初压、复压、终压用钢轮碾压，初压用钢轮，复压用胶轮，终压用钢轮碾压，碾压应遵循先轻后重，从低到高的原则进行。7沥青混合料检验中粉胶比不合格1）用油量不符合标准。2）矿粉用量不符合标准。3）石灰岩集料压碎值偏大或针片状含量过高，造成石料被压碎增加小于0.075mm级配数量。4）集料颗粒含有粉尘，生产配合比设计时集料未用水洗法筛分。5）拌和楼吸尘装置未能有效吸尘。1）严格控制沥青混合料生产配合比。2）选用压碎值小、针片状颗粒含量较少、0.075mm以下颗粒含量较少的石料。3）生产配合比设计时，集料筛分应用水洗法。4）保证拌和楼吸尘装置的有效和矿粉、沥青用量的准确。8沥青面层厚度不足1）试铺时未认真确定好松铺系数。2）施工时未根据每天检测结果对松铺厚度进行调整。3）摊铺机或找平装置未调整好。4）基层标高超标。1）试铺时仔细确定松铺系数，每天施工中根据实际检测情况进行调整。2）调整好摊铺机及找平装置的工作状态。3）下面层施工前认真检查下封层标高，基层超标部分应刮除部分基层，补好下封层，再摊铺下面层。4）根据每天沥青混合料摊铺总量检查摊铺厚度，并进行调整。9沥青面层横向裂缝1）基层开裂反射到沥青面层。2）基层开挖沟槽埋设管线。3）通道沉降缝、搭板尾部与基层结合部产生不均匀沉降。1）处治基层，采取防裂措施，减少基层横向开裂。2）基层开裂处、桥头搭板尾部和通道沉降缝处顶面铺设玻纤网，以降低对面层的影响，减少面层横向裂缝。62 10沥青面层纵向裂缝1）地基沉降不均匀引起路基路面纵向开裂。2）路基填筑使用了不合格填料（如膨胀土），路基吸水膨胀引发路面开裂。1）加固地基，使用合格填料填筑路基或对填料进行处理后再填筑路基。2）在裂缝两边各挖除一定宽度基层，采用厚度不小于20cm的钢筋砼补平基层的措施进行处理，其上加铺玻纤网处治，再铺筑沥青面层。11路面不均匀沉降1）软基处理不好造成路基产生不均匀沉降引起路面不均匀沉降。2）软基处理后未待沉降稳定即填筑路基造成咱基产生不均匀沉降引起路面不均匀沉降。3）堆载预压时间不够致使路面铺筑完成后产生不均匀沉降。4）路基清表时未发现的暗塘、底基层压实度不够造成路面不均匀沉降。1）规范进行软基处理，待沉降稳定后进行路面铺筑。2）根据设计要求和沉降速率控制堆载预压时间，避免提前卸载。3）严格控制路基填筑的碾压以及路面基层、底基层的压实度。12沥青面层污染1）交叉施工，运料车行驶滴油撒料造成路面污染。2）其它工程施工产生的砂浆污染。3）中央分隔带回填土或进行绿化工程时将土洒落到路面上造成路面污染。4）各种施工机械柴油泄露。5）绿化浇水产生泥水污染。1）实行路面交通管制，规范施工车辆行驶路线，禁止车辆滴油撒料。2）边坡、压顶、隔离栅施工时，中央分隔带回填土或进行绿化工程时都应在沥青路面面层上垫彩条布隔离。3）中央分隔带浇水应喷洒，不应冲浇，或采用开沟挖坑浇水。4）在沥青砼路面施工前尽可能完成会产生污染的工程。13沥青混合料残留稳定度不合格1）粉尘含量过高，砂当量不合格。2）矿粉亲不系数不合格。3）用油量偏低。4）小于0.075mm部分与沥青用量的比例超标。1）选用合格的原材料进行施工。2）严格控制好沥青用量，确保油石比符合要求。3）规范油石比检测试验操作方法。62 1）试验方法不规范。14沥青面层宽度不足1）偷工减料。2）摊铺机未调整好。1）做好施工放样。2）调整好摊铺机的宽度。15面层取芯孔未及时填补疏忽或重视不够及时填补上相同配合比的沥青砼或水泥砼，并夯实到规定要求。16沥青面层平整度超标1）摊铺机及找平装置未调整好致使松铺面即不平整。2）摊铺过程中停车待料。3）运料车倒退卸料撞击摊铺机。4）下承层平整度很差。1）仔细设置和调整，使摊铺机及找平装置处于良好的工作状态，并根据试铺效果进行随时调整。2）施工过程中摊铺机前方应有运料车在等候卸料，确保摊铺连续、均匀的进行，不得中途停顿，不得时快时慢，做到每天摊铺仅在收工时才停机。3）路面各个结构层施工，均应严格控制好各层的平整度。17沥青面层原材料主要检测项目不全或原材料检测频率过少1）试验人员责任心不强，未按标准要求检测。2）试验人员不熟悉规范。1）增强试验人员责任心，并经常组织人员学习有关规范和标准对沥青面层原材料检测项目、检测频率的规定，按规定进行检查。2）学习试验规程，规范试验操作。62
